Are you experiencing hecticness and pressures of day-to-day life, we can all benefit from being more grounded, resilient, and positive. Mindfulness is a tool for life that can be learned only by practicing. Find out what mindfulness is all about, experience the benefits of being more present in your life, practice and share with others in a supportive and welcoming atmosphere. Come along to our monthly drop in Every 3rd Thursday of each month Mindfulness is the simple practice of focusing our attention (e.g., sensations, thoughts, and emotions), yet it can have a powerful impact on our wellbeing as well as other areas of our life. Mindfulness can support us with: • Stress and anxiety • Bad habits • Focus, attention, and productivity • Creativity • Self-care • Coping with pain and illness • Communication and relationships with others • Appreciating positive things
