Let's Craft Stitch & Stick Workshop

This creative session is delivered in partnership with the Saatchi Gallery, a registered charity committed to championing contemporary art and widening access to cultural learning. A specialist learning facilitator from the gallery will guide participants through an inclusive, handsu2011on workshop designed to spark imagination, build confidence, and encourage personal expression through artu2011making. The session will focus on felt tapestry making, giving participants the chance to explore texture, colour, and pattern in a relaxed, supportive environment. Attendees can experiment with hand sewing and embroidery techniques, while also using glue guns to attach fabrics and create bold, layered patchwork designs. The workshop is designed to be enjoyable, accessible, and engaging for everyone, offering a playful space to explore creativity and develop new skills through tactile, expressive artu2011making.

Managing Wellbeing

Understanding and Managing Anxiety is a 6 sessions group. Will explore anxiety, helping us to understand it and better manage it. The sessions will cover what anxiety is and how our body, thoughts and behaviours can be affected by it. We will explore different tools and techniques to learn how to manage stress symptoms and lower down anxiety levels, to make the experience of anxiety more tolerable and functional. We will integrate tools and techniques coming from CBT, Compassion-focused therapy and Mindfulness. Please note that the dates are tentative and might change.
