✨ Let’s Craft – Saatchi Gallery Series

Participants will take part in handsu2011on creative workshops designed and delivered by a Saatchi Gallery facilitator. Each session introduces a different crafting method, giving attendees the chance to experiment with new materials, learn contemporary artu2011inspired techniques, and build confidence through guided, stepu2011byu2011step making. During the first workshop at the Saatchi Gallery, participants will also have the opportunity to enjoy a free tour of the gallery, offering inspiration and insight into the artworks and themes that shape the creative activities. PEER PATHWAY PRESENTS: Connect & Reflect with Nature

Making connection with nature a source of strength. A gentle, peeru2011led workshop exploring how nature can support wellbeing, reflection, and a sense of connection. Inspired by nature, this space offers an opportunity to slow down, notice, and reconnect, with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Across four interactive sessions, you will explore accessible ways to engage with nature, including mindful noticing, creative reflection, and shared group discussion. Together, we will build simple practices that can support wellbeing in everyday life. You will have the opportunity to plant, notice and enjoy the beauty of nature around us. Peeru2011led and traumau2011informed. No pressure to share. Passing is always okay. No prior knowledge needed, just come as you are.

F2F MADE

Managing Anger and Difficult Emotions is a 2 session group. Directed for people who are actively struggling with anger and intense emotions, and who are not yet in a place where they can commit to a more structured 8-week mental health course. Helps people to understand the neuroscience of anger/intense emotions and to reduce emotional suffering by learning and practicing techniques such as Emotional Balance, Creating Space and True Strength. Research into components of MADE has shown improved emotional regulation, reduced self-harm and crisis episodes. Please note the dates/times are tentative and might change.
