Pampering
Pampering is a form of self-care essential for maintaining both mental and physical health. One of the most significant benefits of self-care is that it reduces stress, giving our bodies time to reset and leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Relaxing sounds and scents will be used during the pampering to create a calming space all around. This group is designed for pure indulgence: a ten-minute foot spa, a fifteen-minute foot massage, and a five-minute relaxation covered with a blanket to feel snug. Pampering will enhance your mood, promote better sleep, improve circulation, and generally promote one's overall wellbeing.

Over 6 weeks we’ll celebrate the beauty of imperfection. By embracing the inherent nature of hand-made ceramics we'll challenge the illusion of perfection. Embracing mistakes will allow for a certain freedom in the outcomes of what's made; since the ceramics process can disrupt what we want so much to control anyway! hopefully this process will open up new creative pathways interest and spontinaiety.nYou’ll be using various hand-building techniques such as slab rolling, coiling and pinching, as well as how to use moulds to create forms. We’ll be decorating with materials, carving & stamps to create pattern, followed by underglaze and glaze methods to decorate and disrupt.

Directed for people who are actively struggling with anger and intense emotions, and who are not yet in a place where they can commit to a more structured 8-week mental health course. Helps people to understand the neuroscience of anger/intense emotions and to reduce emotional suffering by learning and practicing techniques such as Emotional Balance, Creating Space and True Strength. The sessions will cover what anxiety is and how our body, thoughts and behaviours can be affected by it.
