Overview of the course
Move to Thrive offers gentle, intuitive movement u2014 not fitness or choreography u2014 but a nourishing space to reconnect with your body, release stress and re-discover joy. We begin with grounding and breath awareness, move into free-form, intuitive movement for emotional release, and close with a joyful, Indian-inspired community dance. Just presence and expression, all abilities and experience levels welcome.nThis course is for women. those that identify as women, and gender diverse individuals.
