THIS GROUP OFFERS A ONE-ON-ONE SESSIONnnPampering is a form of self-care essential for maintaining both mental and physical health. One of the most significant benefits of self-care is that it reduces stress, giving our bodies time to reset and leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.nRelaxing sounds and scents will be used during the pampering to create a calming space all around. This group is designed for pure indulgence: a ten-minute foot spa, a fifteen-minute foot massage, and a five-minute relaxation covered with a blanket to feel snug.nPampering will enhance your mood, promote better sleep, improve circulation, and generally promote one's overall wellbeing.
