We begin with a simple concertina book, learning the basics of folding and creating a handmade cover. Over the five weeks, you'll gradually build on these skills, exploring more advanced concertina structures, creative collage and a few simple printing techniques. By the end of the course, you'll have created two unique concertina books. Experiment with found images, textures and personal materials while developing your own ideas in a relaxed and supportive environment. Suitable for complete beginners as well as those with some creative experience.
