Overview of the course
Pampering is a form of self-care essential for maintaining both mental and physical health. One of the most significant benefits of self-care is that it reduces stress, giving our bodies time to reset and leaving us feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. Relaxing sounds and scents will be used during the pampering to create a calming space all around. This group is designed for pure indulgence: a ten-minute foot spa, a fifteen-minute foot massage, and a five-minute relaxation covered with a blanket to feel snug. Pampering will enhance your mood, promote better sleep, improve circulation, and generally promote one's overall wellbeing.
