Some of the sessions include: Journaling- In this session we will explore the benefits of keeping a journal for positive mental health. If you suffer from stress, depression or anxiety writing your thoights and feelings down might help you gain control of your emotions and improve your mental health. Practical Relaxation techniques- In these sessions we will practice a series of relaxation techniques; such as deep breathing, visualisation, progressive muscle relaxation and acupressure points to name but a few. Join us and learn self help techniques to manage your level of stress and improve your wellbeing. Herbal teas- in this session, we will learn about herbs, leaves and flowers and how particular blends can help us improve our moods and feel better about ourselves. This is an opportunity to find out about which flavours you enjoy and to create your own personal blend.
