The term ‘wellbeing’ is increasingly being used as a way of talking about our mental health. But what do we really mean by it? This article explains more about what we mean by ‘wellbeing’.
The phrase ‘wellbeing’ is used to describe ‘mental state’. This means how you are feeling and how well you can cope with day-to-day life. Wellbeing can change over time whether that be a day, a week, a month or a year.
Here at City and Hackney Wellbeing Network, we work to improve the wellbeing of residents of Hackney and the City of London, through psychosocial group activities which are goal-oriented and person-centred.
