This 10 week group is an exciting and powerful vehicle for personal growth. Common themes and discussions will be about our relationships, work struggles, anxiety, depression, social isolation, anger issues, difficulties with communication and our sense of identity. The group aims to offer individuals a supportive environment where working with peers you will be encouraged to talk about life experiences, helping to reduce feelings of loneliness and alienation by bringing together individuals with shared experiences and emotional patterns.
