This group is open to men who want to share their struggles, support others or exchange ideas. It’s likely we’ll talk about a wide range of issues, from the challenges we face in the everyday to finding out what kind of men we want to be and why. We’ll start from weekly experiences of the members and use the group dynamic as a basis for exploration of our manhood – how we relate to what goes on outside the group, those we care about, each other and our own sense of purpose, direction and fulfilment.

A 10 week course that explores presence as a living and breathing dynamic. Using the body as a starting point, we will take time to rediscover its natural ways of moving and how we can constantly make choices to allow this. Rhythm, time and space will provide a platform on which to experiment and play so that we can feel their effects on our system. Working with the intention of learning how to stay in contact with ourselves and surroundings while in motion and being still.

The class is open to beginners who want to learn and develop their throwing & decorative skills using a variety of ceramic materials. In this course you will learn how to throw on the potter's wheel in a relaxed atmosphere, coached by a professional practising ceramicist. You will be able to work on your personal project and receive one-to-one guidance and support throughout the course in a pressure free environment. There will be also demonstrations by the tutor of various techniques.
