Writing is known to help you process emotions, make sense of experiences, improve mood and help in managing mental health. The groups are kept small to help create a more intimate and supportive environment. All abilities are welcome - the goal isn't to create a perfectly worded masterpiece, the goal is to enable a creative way to communicate and to understand your own thoughts and emotions whilst having fun.
