10 Weeks x 1hr 1a Darnley Road E9 6QH A 10 week course promotes a dynamic and relaxing experience by moving through unique sequencing of yoga flows. Focusing on asana and breathing practices notice those challenging postures that create energy from within, building on prana: our life force. Working with awareness and mindfully, flow through the poses, following your breath and your body. Allowing your mind to rest in meditative relaxation, to restore and rejuvenate from your busy and stressful lives.
