4x2hrs 15a Homerton Row Meaningful relationships have a positive effect on our wellbeing and making sure these stay positive and healthy is very important to us all. During this course you will have a better sense of what relationships are and have an overview on what a healthy relationship is and what its boundaries are. This 4-week course looks at how to maintain positive social interactions, establish boundaries and effective communication. This is done by identifying emotions and developing a feelings vocabulary. We will develop tools to practice healthy boundaries with oneself and with others by looking at personal anxiety as a helpful emotion and distinguishing it from sometimes unhelpful ways of responding. We will also be looking at a range of strategies to enable you to distinguish healthy relationships from unhealthy ones.
