Tai Chi – Group Course – 18:15 – 19:45

10 Weeks x 1.5hrs 1a Darnley Road E9 6QH I practice and teach in a traditional style where all the forms are rooted in ancient Chinese Martial arts. However there is no physical contact with others in our practice. We learn how to increase our strength and eventually become more focused and in control of our body. The ultimate goal is to achieve unity of body and mind and learn to move in a balanced and effortless way.
