Mindful Fridays – Group Course – 10:30 – 11:30

10 Weeks x 1hr 1a Darnley Road E9 6QH A 10 week course that explores presence as a living and breathing dynamic. Using the body as a starting point, we will take time to rediscover its natural ways of moving and how we can constantly make choices to allow this. Rhythm, time and space will provide a platform on which to experiment and play so that we can feel their effects on our system. Working with the intention of learning how to stay in contact with ourselves and surroundings while in motion and being still.
